Hi there

There are quite few events and conferences coming up as well as projects related to building skills profiles for jobs in 2020 and 2025, NDIS Fit and Ready Workforce projects, Regional Workforce Audit, staffing resources and skills gap analysis, all building an adaptable workforce.

This week I’m hosting and presenting a key note at the 21st Century Capabilities – The Future of Jobs, Skills and Work FORUM in Melbourne and then onto the Australian Institute of Training & Development (AITD) National Conference witEduTECH in Sydney so if you are going along then please let me know.

Jess saw a number of you at the Career Industry Council of Australia (CICA) and South Australia Department of Education, Career Advisor Event this morning and thanks to Penny for the feedback, “Loved your presentation today at the VET and Careers Information Day Jess, and I am super excited about working with you for our teacher PD day in September. Very inspiring!”

If you’d like to make contact with her in the role of key note speaker and Australian Apprentice Ambassador please contact her on 0433 574 253 or

“Thanks for your thoughtful session with my team on audit preparation.”

If you believe it is important to get great VET outcomes for students and not only for students, but for industry and employers to have a supply of confident and capable people to fill the jobs in their organisations, then consider booking a 1 day professional development workshop on this topic or a 2 hour group coaching and mentoring session for your team.
