Workforce BluePrint was launched in 2006 by Wendy Perry and Associates Pty Ltd which was established in 2002 (23+ years) as Vocational and Educational and Training (VET/TVET) experts and strategists, alongside Career BluePrint providing career development and planning programs and projects. The business offers coaching and mentoring, facilitation and speaking, programs and services and across Change & Transformation; Entrepreneurship & Innovation; Future of Jobs, Skills & Work; Strategic Workforce Planning & Workforce Development; Self-Employment and World Class Education.
Working across Education and Training particularly VET/Technical Vocational Education Training (TVET), building capability and capacity in 21st Century Literacies, Innovation, and the Future of Jobs, Skills and Work, providing Strategic Workforce Planning and Development Services in Businesses and Corporates, for Employers and Entrepreneurs, Governments and Industry Sectors, Startups and Scaleups, Cities and Towns, Regions and Countries.
With a head office in Adelaide, South Australia, locations in the Barossa Valley, Clare, Port Pirie, Kadina, Copper Coast and across Yorke Peninsula, clients are across all Australian states and territories, and global connections (32+ countries) in Africa, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Ecuador, Fiji, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Maldives, Mongolia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam and the USA.
In January 2019, Wendy Perry was appointed the Entrepreneurship Facilitator for Adelaide, South Australia through Switch Start Scale, working with people who have business ideas, are running startups and scaleups. This contract was extended from 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2023 by the Australian Government, Department of Employment and Workplace Relations, Workforce Australia, with Wendy and Scott Perry sharing the role. As Entrepreneurship Facilitator they have engaged in approximately 15,000 interactions, providing invaluable advice, one-on-one sessions, and events to support entrepreneurship and innovation.
From July 2022, the company have been engaged as Self-Employment Assistance providers with Sea to Valley Startups, promoting small business ownership and self-employment to create jobs, grow the economy and improve labour outcomes, across the Barossa Valley, Clare Valley, Yorke Peninsula, and the Mid North in South Australia.
