VET providers and Registered Training Organisations must be able to formulate a clear and compelling vision, independent of funding, policy and product changes, where the mission and purpose identify a clear point of difference from others, and external impacts dont pose a threat to educational outcomes.

Build a plan with goals and measurable outcomes, using tools, insights and evidence, to support strategic planning activities. With a people (students and staff) first approach, consider your desired culture, values and behaviours, alongside process, quality assurance and programming to meet your client’s needs, with a half or full day commitment.
