Wendy Perry
Managing Director | Head Workforce Architect
For more than 30 years, Wendy Perry has worked with governments, industry, employers, education providers, entrepreneurs and development partners across Australia and more than 30 countries to design practical workforce, skills and economic development solutions. Her expertise spans strategic workforce planning, workforce development, vocational education and training (VET/TVET), future skills, entrepreneurship, innovation, leadership capability, industry engagement and artificial intelligence adoption. Wendy has led projects at local, regional, state, national and international levels, helping organisations respond to changing workforce needs through practical strategies that create measurable outcomes.
Known for bringing together government, industry, education and communities, Wendy works with clients to identify emerging workforce challenges, facilitate collaboration, design capability frameworks, develop implementation roadmaps and build long-term workforce capability. Current work includes strategic workforce planning, AI-enabled workforce solutions, regional economic development, entrepreneurship ecosystems, leadership development, capability frameworks, international development programs, facilitation, keynote speaking and executive advisory services.
Wendy is also Deputy Chair of the Australian Association for AI in Government, Industry and Education (AAIIG), Founder of Workforce Architects and continues to work internationally with governments, universities, donor organisations and industry partners on workforce and skills initiatives.
SCOTT PERRY
Practical Skills & Industry Innovation
Scott Perry brings more than 30 years' experience across construction, plumbing, gas fitting, utilities, workforce capability, business growth and entrepreneurship. His career combines practical industry experience with coaching, mentoring and innovation, helping businesses, tradespeople, entrepreneurs and organisations turn ideas into commercially successful outcomes.
Scott has coached hundreds of businesses through startup, growth and expansion, while also contributing to workforce capability projects, product development, innovation programs and international development initiatives. His practical approach makes him equally comfortable working with frontline teams, business owners, technical experts and senior executives to solve real-world workforce and operational challenges.
Scott has particular expertise in construction and infrastructure, utilities and water, entrepreneurship, practical skills development, innovation, pitch coaching, product development and workforce capability. He also works with organisations to identify opportunities for commercialisation, improve operational capability and develop practical solutions that strengthen businesses, industries and regional economies.
